"We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. We asked about the smell, assuming that we be moved to a different room, but the man was irritated at our request and gave us a bottle of pine cleaner to pour down the sink drain...and that didn’t fix it. Also, we were bit by some unseen...

"A lovely, dog friendly place to stay with beautiful walks from the hotel. The only thing that would make the room a little more comfortable would be a fan as it was a rather warm. The host was kind, friendly and helpful and our evening meal delicious and excellent value for money. We will definitely stay again."

"This a fantastic place to stay. Christina speaks English and is very nice. Ruben is a great cook. The house is easily accessible on the road to the Bielsa tunnel. It is also a very beautiful place to the river with mountain views. We had an apartment with kitchenette and a small (but very sunny) balcony. "We only stayed one night at this hotel but had a very nice experience. Staff was very kind and helpful and provided recommendations for places to eat and walk around. The location made it very easy to park the car in a garage for the night and walk around the area for sightseeing and dinner. Breakfast was very good - no complaints. No concerns about connecting to WiFi. The shower was one of my favorite things about our stay here - best water pressure of our trip! I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to or through Zaragoza."
