"Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole....

"Avoid. A so-called “four star” hotel. What a joke. On the edge of town, in a dodgy housing project. They still charge €18 a night to park in what must be the worst hotel car park in Europe - dark, with pillars everywhere. The hotel insists on a credit card guarantee in case you should take a €2 bottle of water from the room - of course, a 4 star hotel but they don’t provide water. The room, assuming you can get in because of the low quality card that doesn’t operate when it’s not held in *exactly* the right spot, is appallingly designed and poorly maintained. The coat hanger in the entrance way gave way immediately, very poor work. If you want to make tea you have to find the kettle and then move it to another part of the room for power. Of course there’s no milk, nor even a stirring stick for your beverage. Bath robes with tears and rips. A shower that requires luck and perseverance to operate. An onsite restaurant that doesn’t operate on the weekend, because if you happen to arrive on a weekend and want food in this remote location, well, tough luck. Finally, as at least one other person has noted, staff who will call in the local traffic police mafia to fleece tourists of money for having the gall to park in a no exit lane way unused by pedestrians outside the hotel. On the night this happened to me, the hotel staff said they couldn’t help and hadn’t called the extortionists, but right after I saw the same person chatting to the cops. Wonder why…avoid avoid avoid"

"The room was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area not too near the centre or the main attractions.. A short bus ride or a taxi ride, but not in the centre of things. Sadly the pool was not open as it only does from June to the autumn. The gym pool (indoor) and their facilities can be used at extra daily cost."

"The lady at the reception was very helpful, she helped us book some tickets for a coach home that was all on a Spanish website and didn’t translate. The hotel itself, was good, finishing was so so, the handle on the disabled wall bars were loose, but didn’t need them so not terrible. The grates on the floor in the shower were a little patchy, so made sure to shower with the kids to avoid any accidents. The 19 bus going from outside was ideal into town."
