"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star. "
