"The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we were told that we could be moved to a mountain view room the next day and that someone would contact us, but we never received any follow-up or room change notification. It was a little disappointing, although overall it was still okay.
The elevator was also out of service during our stay, and at one point we had to use the service/freight elevator, which was inconvenient.
One other thing I noticed was during housekeeping: the staff member wore gloves while cleaning the bathroom, but I did not see her change gloves or wash her hands before making the bed afterward. This made me a bit concerned about hygiene standards.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, and the friendly staff were a positive part of the experience, but there are some areas where the hotel could improve."
