"I used this hotel to recover from surgery, it was great. They got me a first-floor room and I was able to get snacks at weird hours of the night, which helped when the post-anesthesia munches kicked in at 11pm."

"After a long day of work we sat down at the bar to eat. We asked the bartender what she likes most on the menu? She replied, "nothing". We asked what if you had to eat here, what would you recommend? "I'd door dash." was her blunt response. We were tired, hungry and the weather was bad. We ate there anyway and the wings were fairly good. When we asked for plates they couldn't provide them. They had no plates?!"

"Staff was rude and short. Room wasn't clean. Hot tub sucked. Breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was horrible. Area was unsafe. Homeless people were everywhere constantly begging. This staywas horrible and I wouldn't stay there again."
