"It’s a quiet and cozy hotel, offering an amazing breakfast!"

"A simple hotel, no luxury here. It is old and needs remodeling. The internet connection drops often. "

"First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasn’t cooling property. On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: “right now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboy”. Also I speak for languages fluently (spanish, english, italian and french) and many times we had to wait for the staff to find someone that spoke one of those languages. The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldn’t comply with out order because he couldn’t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadn’t called no one would have let us know. It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service. "

"Hotel is on downtown and close to shopping, dining and banks. Room was good with a confortable bed but the bathroom (shower spaces) needs a better cleanning. I saw mold on the edges of the titles. "

"The hotel is the best choice in Volta Redonda! The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, the breakfast and lunch are amazingly plentiful and healthy (I may have gained a couple of pounds there) the hotel features a rooftop pool, steam room and gym. Parking is free and everything is walkable. "

"The property is well maintained and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the local cachaça. I would have used the gym and spa room more if it opened earlier."
