"We deeply appreciate the fact that they opened the Jacuzzi tub for those of us that are used to having Jacuzzis in winter months as we came in from Canada and it turned out other Canadians really enjoyed it as well so we really appreciate the fact that people were willing to do that for us"

"Temuco seems to be a damp area, as a result my room smelled a tad musty but I got used to it. Other places (restaurants etc) also smelled a bit musty and I got used to it. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, the water pressure in shower was nice and strong and hot water plentiful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was great. So I am very satisfied with the accommodations. The breakfast had fruit, juices, coffee, bread, turkey ham, cheese, cereals and scrambled eggs - the usual fare. Nothing too special but good."

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Absolutely Perfect Wedding Stay! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I traveled all the way from the US to Chile for my wedding, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely seamless—it truly felt like a home away from home, but with five-star luxury. I stayed in a Superior Room, and it was exceptional. Because I was getting my wedding hair and makeup done in the room, space and lighting were incredibly important to me. The room delivered perfectly with massive, stunning mirrors, huge windows that let in beautiful natural light, and plenty of closet space to keep everything organized and pristine. It was fully loaded with every amenity we could possibly need. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate our big day, which was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The breakfast each morning was also excellent, with a wonderful variety and top-tier quality. If you are looking for a flawless stay with incredible service, beautiful rooms, and staff that truly care about making your moments special, this is the place. Thank you for making our wedding trip so unforgettable!"
