"Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole....

"Owner is wonderful! They acommodated our late arrival graciously. Place was super clean and only 15 mins from Pamplona! Great place to stay! Would happily stay there again!"
