"Very good hotel. Large room includes a sofa bed for a child if needed. Hotel is right next to the funicular to the mountain. On the other side there is a driver and entrance to the ski lift. Breakfast is very good and the prices for dinner at the hotel are reasonable. The ski resorts open this year on 5/12/25. Getting there is very difficult for those who are not used to driving in Europe. Make sure they come with snow chains and know how to use them!!!!"

Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. "The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."
