"We had a great stay at this brand new, modern holiday home. The house was very convenient with lots of privacy. The swimming pool was really nice, clean and during our 8 day stay never crowded. We stayed with a family of 5. Which is fine, but the sofa bed in the living room was ok, but not great. For 6 persons we would not recommend this home. Home within walking distance of nice town and beaches of San Ciprianu. But more convenient to take the car for a 5 minute drive. During high season...

"A few days before our arrival, the owner sent us an email asking whether we wanted bedlinen (which would cost an unspecified amount). We replied immediately saying that we had expected bedlinen to be included. The matter was referred to Homeaway who stated that the owner was 'violating our policy'. Nothing was resolved before our arrival. The property itself was only identified by GPS coordinates which made it extremely difficult to locate. The local agent agreed to meet us in a carpark outside...

"Nous avons passons un excellent séjour, la maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et agréables, la piscine est bien chauffée, nous avons pu en profiter tout les jours. La maison est bien equipée (machine à glacons pour les aperos,) nous avons profité surtout de la terasse et des exterieures. Contact facile avec la dame qui se charge du check in/out. Je recommande sans hésitation le logement"

"Helene has a wonderful property, finished to a high standard, with spacious rooms including the central communal area. There is a separate building that houses 2 en suite double bedrooms with the other three in the main house. The pool is great, and there is also a jacuzzi in the house bathroom. The kitchen is very functional with quality oven, m/w and induction hob. Other appliances include a filter coffee machine, a nespresso, and a mixer. A minor point - would be great to have at least one...

"4 nuits dans cette villa sympathique, Christophe a été très accueillant et disponible. Maison à proximité de plein de coins à visiter. Un peu plus de vaisselles pour 4 personnes aurait été top. Séjour très agréable. Mobilier extérieur (balançoire, transat) à rénover."

"We had a lovely time staying at Pierre and Pauline's house this summer! The house is very close to the main square (walking distance) which is great for kids. Beaches and beach clubs are not far at all 10 minutes by car. The house is close to supermarkets and hypermarkets (Spar, E.LeClerc) which was convenient for buying food. Overall I would recommend this place again and again!"

"Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Laricio et ce fut un réel plaisir, tant par la communication avec Chantal qu’avec Veronique qui nous a accueilli à 22h suite à un petit retard. La villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout avec la terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme mais près de la ville animée de Bonifacio et près des différents sites à visiter dans le sud. C’était top!"

"un endroit magnifique en pleine nature ou presque... prévoir une voiture type SUV ou 4X4 car l'accès est un chemin tortueux. L'accès internet n'est pas non plus de grande qualité (2Mbits seulement...) et le réseau 4G est souvent en défaut. tout le reste est là pour passer un très bon moment."

"Wir sind mit dem Auto mit der Nachtfähre angereist und kamen morgens ganz ausgeruht und viel zu früh an. Dennoch konnten wir um 11 Uhr unsere Gepäck auspacken und vor dem Haus abstellen. Gegen 13 Uhr konnten wir bereits das Haus beziehen. Wir wurden persönlich eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Beeindruckend war der erste Eindruck, denn das Grundstück, die Lage und die Umgebung war noch schöner als wir uns das von den Bildern erwartet haben. Ein eigener Zugang zum Meer mit einer 270 ° Rundumsicht...

"This was a perfect house for a relaxing getaway with the family. First, the house was in immaculate condition, and had very high-end fixtures, appliances and furniture. There was plenty of room for playing games and eating meals together, and lots of privacy for reading a book. The pool was perfect for splashing around with our young child (and there were pool toys too), and enjoying the beautiful views.
