The perfect location for a holiday for up to 4 guests, the 50m² Down Centre flat, on the third floor with a lift, welcomes you! 4-star hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival.

The flat is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living room with double glazing, a lounge area with a spacious sofa that converts into a sofa bed, and views over the rooftops and the lake, 400 metres away as the crow flies.
- A dining area with a designer table and chairs.
- A kitchen area with a worktop, sink, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all necessary utensils and storage space, and a breakfast or drinks area for two with a high table.
- An en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) positioned facing the window overlooking the sea.
- A bathroom with a bath, washbasin, storage unit and toilet.

Activities:
It’s hard to choose from the multitude of activities the region has to offer! Ideally situated, you can enjoy all the town’s attractions; set off to explore the spectacular Ville d’Hiver district with its superb early 20th-century houses, its park, and its viewpoint offering breathtaking views over the Bay! The little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a lovely overview of Arcachon! At lunchtime, treat yourself to some oyster tasting at one of the Bassin’s oyster ports – perhaps at La Teste, or Gujan, or at Arcachon market just down the road (bring a container if you’d like them opened for you, and don’t go too late if you want this service), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla. If you fancy heading out to sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty – a 3-minute walk from your accommodation – to Cap Ferret, the Île aux Oiseaux and the famous stilted huts! The Banc d’Arguin, with its crystal-clear waters, is paradise on earth! Paddle down the River Leyre to the bird sanctuary at Le Teich – choose to be accompanied by a guide, or go it alone in your kayak – it’s simply sublime!

Transport:
- If you are travelling by car, you will have free access to the Indigo public underground car park (rue Jehenne) via a pass provided by the owner (€25 if lost), valid for one space only.
No designated spaces: the car park is public and the availability of a space cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak season. Direct access by lift from the residence.

For other modes of transport:
- Arcachon railway station is a 10-minute walk away; trains run hourly to Bordeaux, with a journey time of 50 minutes.
- Bus route 1 from Arcachon railway station to the Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way, or the Dune Express bus.
- Bordeaux Airport is 65 km away (52 minutes by car)
