Had a really relaxing stay at the Thalazur. The setting of the hotel is stunning. We felt really spoilt. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I would recommend for future guests that they have a better first aid kit and a wheelchair. I strained my ankle and would’ve benefitted from a wheelchair to help me get to and from the car during the rest of my stay. This might be useful for future guests. Thanks again!

Not a friendly or well-located hotel so we left early, it had the vibe of an airport hotel unfortunately and not a destination where you actually want to spend time and relax. Busy with conferences and spa day guests. Public transport links are poor and taxis difficult to find and expensive. Rooms clean. Staff generally not welcoming with the exception of Pauline who was great. It’s not even called Thalazur it’s called Hotel des Bains d’Arguins, which appears to be linked up but not separate to the spa. The different name sums it up really - we expected one thing and got another. I’m sure it’s not bad for everyone - if we had had a car it may have been different, or at least felt less isolated, - but unfortunately it was an expensive mistake

Très bon séjour mais attention!!!

L’hôtel est top et le service irréprochable. En revanche, au vu du tarif global (nuitées, dîners au restaurant et petits-déjeuners), il est dommage que les créneaux pour les soins n’aient pas été proposés dès notre arrivée. Résultat : plus aucune disponibilité pendant toute la semaine. Cela a un peu gâché l’expérience.

L'hotel a perdu de sa superbe en terme de services. Je suis venue plusieurs fois et suis déçue cette fois-ci meme si une solution a finalement été trouvée. Pas assez de transats pour tout le monde. Piscine non accessible avant d'avoir acces à sa chambre. Grand parking.

Notre séjour dans votre établissement s’est déroulé dans des conditions satisfaisantes, les chambres offrant un confort appréciable et le service faisant preuve de professionnalisme. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par les restrictions d’accès à la piscine imposées aux enfants. Cette limitation a entravé leur plaisir et a réduit la sérénité de notre expérience en famille. Nous comprenons les exigences organisationnelles et les impératifs de tranquillité, mais une approche plus souple permettant aux plus jeunes de profiter des installations dans un cadre adapté serait grandement appréciée. L’hôtel est à un tarif élevé du fait du spa . Nous n’avons pu y aller car pas de maillot adapté. Jamais nous n’avons été averti d’une telle obligation sachant qu’au thalazur d’Antibes rien de spécial n’est demandé … Du coup le rapport qualité prix est bas … Le restaurant est excellent par contre l’attente phénoménale

Du luxe qui cache des problèmes

Très grand et bel hotel avec tous les services inimaginables. Accueil qualitatif. Mais derrière une apparence de grand palace il y a des disfonctionnement, par exemple : - chambre surchauffée (en appelant la réception pour demander de une baisse de température, il m'a été répondu que le chauffage était éteint et que la température constatée dans la pièce était de 25°C à 22h et qu'il fallait ouvrir la fenêtre avec une température extérieure de 5 ou 6°C. Mais dès la fenêtre refermée, la température remontait). Attitude pas du tout Eco responsable. - La porte de l'un des 2 Hammams ne se fermant pas tout le monde se repliait sur le 2ème Hammam et sur le Sauna 4-5 placed, d'où la queue. Dommage car l'espace balnéo est beau et bien agencé. Le problème étant connu de l'hotel au moins depuis la veille, pourquoi n'y a t il pas de réparation. - Enfin, l'hotel n'a répondu à aucun de mes mails envoyés par l'intermédiaire d'hotels.com. Heureusement tout s'est bien passé. Donc c'est un grand palace avec des manques.

Chill & Spa à Arcachon

Super séjour au sein de l'établissement Thalazur Arcachon. Chambres impeccables et confortables ! Et le Spa-Parcours Marin est juste parfait pour se ressourcer. En plus de cela le personnel est super sympa ! A faire pour se reposer et reprendre des forces !

Hôtel avec une belle thalasso et restaurant au top

Espace thalasso impeccable et très bien entretenu avec tout ce qu’il faut pour une Thalasso de qualité. Le parcours matin est addictif, salé aux multiples jets, jacuzzi. Douche chaude. Salle de sport bien équipée en technogym et concept 2 (rameur)- pas testé la (tour à câbles HS lors de notre passage) Les chambres sont spacieuses avec du rangement ! Top. Wifi efficace, parking. Petit déjeuner superbe, et c’est la première fois que j’ai de l’avocat et du concombre ! J’aurai aimé avoir un thé earl’grey car le thé noir proposé est assez fort sans saveur. Le restaurant est à faire, avec des propositions très bien cuisinées,( je me suis régalée avec les ris de veau -bravo au chef- pâtisseries maison excellentes. ). Le bémol: le prix prohibitif de la recharge VE (indépendant de l’hôtel) Green-spot à 0,72€/minute pour du 7kw/h (6€/kw) ça fait très chère la recharge. Prévoir de ne pas arriver à vide…
