L'abricôtier - Arcachon

Welcome to the Aiguillon district of Arcachon, home to the fishing port and marina. Located across from Arcachon's marina, L'Abricôtier is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and private parking. The bright apartment offers a view that encompasses a large part of the Arcachon Bay. Well-furnished and functional, it features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room that can be converted into a guest bedroom (160x200cm fold-out bed), a lounge area, a bedroom with two 0.90x1.90m beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the south side of the building, all amenities will contribute to the success of your stay: small food shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. You can also reach Arcachon town center by strolling along the beach on the duckboards or wandering through the streets where magnificent late 19th-century villas will delight your eyes. The apartment is equipped with gas central heating (charged according to consumption). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). This rental is reserved exclusively for private individuals. Arrivals are welcome from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
