ARCACHON, WINTER TOWN: SPACIOUS VILLA WITH GARDEN AND TERRACE
Just 260 meters from the "Alexandre Dumas" villa, one of the most remarkable in the Winter Town, and 400 meters from the Notre-Dame d'Arcachon basilica, this large villa extends over a plot of more than of 800 m², offering generous space on two levels that can accommodate up to 12 people.
On the ground floor, a corridor leads to a first bedroom facing north with two single beds (90) pushed together, accompanied by a bathroom including washing machine and dryer, also accessible from this bedroom. A second bedroom, also facing north, has two single beds (80) pushed together and a bathroom. The spacious (TV, convertible sofa: 2 beds) living room and dining room, facing east, offer a comfortable relaxation space. Independent toilets are available. The fully equipped kitchen, with access to the terrace, includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and hotplates.
Upstairs, a landing leads to a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and three additional bedrooms: one facing west with a trundle bed (2 single beds (90), one facing the east with a trundle bed (2 single beds 90), and another facing north with two single beds (90) pushed together.
A terrace surrounded by greenery, accessible from the kitchen, as well as a large garden with trees, complete this very well-equipped family villa. Internet/WIFI access is available. Smoking indoors is prohibited. The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the beaches (700 meters), the city center (950 meters) and a grocery store (550 meters), with easy street parking.
