"It is a one bedroom with a queen bed. If more than a couple sleeps there the options are an uncomfortable sleeper sofa or an air mattress. It is on the second floor so when the upstairs neighbor runs on his treadmill at 4:30 am it is quite disturbing! The location on the river is nice and the exercise room is well-equipped. The complex is close to shopping malls and restaurants."

"We traveled to Indy. for my 17yr old basketball tournament but came early to rest and enjoy the 4th of July in another city. We could not have found a perfect location: 20 min easy drive through country roads to the Pacer Athletic Center, wonderful park that we enjoyed everyday, very family focused neighbor and dog friendly. We even enjoyed a great firework show on July 3rd from the local church. You can see the fireworks from the patio of the apartment, parking lot of the complex or even walk...

"The place was clean and comfortable and the neighbors were nice. Location was good as shopping and restaurants were just down the road a short distance."

"Very nice condo. Two nice rooms and a good kitchen and living room. Great location with access to tons of restaurants, etc. Parking currently a little challenging due to construction. Not bad noise from bars outside. The owners portal is also a little challenging to figure out, but they respond quickly and are helpful. All in all, a nice place to stay."

"At check-in Kevin said that the unit had gotten double booked and told me he had another unit in the same complex. When I got to the unit, there was a puddle of water/cleaning solution on the floor. I went to clean it up but there weren't ANY towels in the kitchen. I found some bath towels in the closet, they were damp, all of them. I checked the bedding to see what condition it was in. They were damp as well. I called Kevin and he apologized and gave an excuse that you can't find good help...

"This VRBO is super close to the best brunch place in America - Rosie’s Place! Other than some bedsheets / towels waiting in trash bags by the front doer upon arrival, the space was very clean and very nice, looked just like the photos. The owner had the bags of laundry removed promptly. Perfect Zionsville getaway!"

"Awesome home! Comfortable bed, plenty of space for my little to run around, and my teenager loved the infinity table and Luna gaming! Shopping and food was super close and downtown Indy was just a short drive! If I had any complaints it would be that we were only given a half roll of toilet paper for the weekend but Meijer was close for us to go get some."

"This is our second visit. We booked the stay for a girls outing for my daughter's graduation. Everyone loved it! Moms enjoyed the massage chairs while girls played karaoke and watched movies. We also booked rooms inside the hotel and enjoyed the amenities there along with hanging out in the spa . Everything was great! We would do it again."
