"The lady that checked us in was excellent, friendly and very outgoing, and wanted to make sure everything was up to her standards. By contrast the morning desk clerk was more interested in her phone, she did say good morning, but that was it, thus the 4 star rating for staff. At breakfast one guest asked how to get out of the yogurt machine, without getting up she said it must be out of order, not very professional. The room was very clean and overall we had a nice night and would stay again. "
