`The Scout`: a cozy mountain cabin with million dollar view

"We absolutely loved our stay at Million Dollar View Cabin! It was such a gem, and the views were even more beautiful in person. The cabin was clean, and the host was very responsive and helpful. There are also plenty of things to do nearby, which made our stay even better. One of our favorite parts was stepping outside at night to see the stars. They were absolutely gorgeous and made the experience extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway!"

"We stayed here while visiting the area to attend a wedding at the Arcadia Academy. The home was wonderful. It’s filled with some modern touches while still preserving the antique integrity of the home. The furnishings are cozy and the beds were so comfortable. There were some cute little touches, and the property owners were very accommodating when we needed to change some things last minute. I would absolutely recommend staying here! Also, don’t forget to go to Thee Abbey Kitchen and check out the grounds there as well as the amazing food and staff. We had a wonderful weekend."

"We loved our stay in the Mountain View Apartment early October. It was a perfect location for trips to both Elephant Rock and Johnson Shut-Ins. The little apartment was impressively clean, decorated creatively, and had everything we needed. It was spacious for two and the king bed super comfy. We enjoyed a walk down Main Street and learning about the history of the area. Stephanie and Dave were both friendly and accommodating. We were there off-season so the cafe was closed, but Stephanie offered to make us coffee in the morning anyway. You can easily see their pride in ownership - how they have gone out of their way to create a special place to stay and relax. You see their vision and craftsmanship in every detail and we loved that. We'll be back and hope to see Main Street Ironton thrive along with Stephanie's and Dave's vision and dreams for the area."

"Easy location and next to great BBQ restaurant. Comfortable beds, clean room, coffee and fridge in room and free hot breakfast served near lobby. Pretty creek behind hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property decorated with beautiful flowers and room was decorated with flowers too. We were hiking and staff offered great suggestions. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area."
