Fully stocked and minutes from everything, this micro-apartment will make a great home-base for all of your adventures. Park your car in the private off-street spot and then forget about it, because you won’t need it while staying here - you can walk to everything Arcata has to offer.

Enjoy the beautiful shared outdoor space and relax at a cafe table or by the propane fire pit on a cool Arcata evening.

The apartment is part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata. Built in the first half of the 20th century, the property is both charming and funky.

The rental features an off street parking space and is one of our most private units on the property. It has a semi private yard space but also has access to the rest of the shared yard space and propane fire pit as well. It is a downstairs unit with one other unit above so there may potentially be times you hear other guest on the property.

Other things to note-Guest have full access to the entire shared yard space and propane fire pit. We also have a coin-op laundry room that is accessible to all guest and requires $1.25 in quarters to use washer and $1.25 for dryer. Sorry, we do not have a change machine to we ask that you come prepared with quarters if you plan on doing laundry.

This is an apartment with shared walls, so you might hear some noise from other guest. Please help others enjoy their stay by keeping it down between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We ask that you immediately reach out to host if there is ever any guest noise that is too disturbing.

Pets are allowed but please keep them off the furniture and pick up pet waste immediately.

Refund policy- 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before check in and 50% refund in cancelled 14-30 days before check. Any credit card processing fees incurred will not be returned.
