"Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there."

"Our home away from home for our extended visit in Italia. Our hosts, Antonia and Fabrizio, were wonderful and made our stay amazing. Any bumps along the way were met with quick help and resolution. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. It was wonderful to have a washer and drying rack. Learned that we needed to have it in the apartment. It was great to have two bathrooms, one upstairs and one main floor. Learned to work around the shortcut through the Art Institute garden’s hours...

Poco prima del soggiorno ho contattato telefonicamente per essere informato che l’alloggio non era più disponibile perché già assegnato ad altre persone. Da quel momento l’host ha dimostrato un livello di interesse per il problema pari a zero. Nessuna soluzione alternativa, nessun supporto, nessun tentativo di rimediare a un errore...

"We were there 2 weeks and were given 1 set of towels. We couldn’t figure out how to dispose of garbage. We couldn’t get the air conditioner working in the bedroom. The hand held sprayer didn’t work in the bathroom. I sent a message about all of this and he never responded. The location is ok…not great. The bus is across the street which is good. But sometimes you have to really cram in. Not really close to restaurants except for a pizza place, which is really good. It’s on a busy street...
