"Wonderful property and perfect central city location in the heart of Gubbio. Staff goes above and beyond. Ask about the parking accessibility beforehand which we did. It’s a mid-evil walled city so access can be difficult if you are not prepared. We parked at the base and took the elevator up. There’s still a steep hill of cobblestone to bring luggage up before the elevator but if you are in relatively good shape, it’s fairly easy. If not they will give you instructions to drive but you need to arrange this ahead of time. Truly perfect spot in a beautiful city! "

"The location is perfect with beach, bars, restaurant and shopping all in easy walking distance. The view from the hotel are immaculate up along the entire coast. The staff were helpful, friendly and proactive. We accidentally left our laptop and iPads in the room safe on check out but we received a call to let us know this had happened and arrangement were made for us to pick them up conveniently. The hotel itself is virtually brand new and is excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to stay there again "

"Pros: - Hotel room was clean - Good WiFi connection - Great shower water pressure - Balcony - Helpful Staff - Good AC - Decent Breakfast included with the room rate - Across the street from the beach - Walkable area - Safe area around the hotel Cons: - The hotel is about 15 mins away from historical center and the train station, not too bad. But when you have heavy luggage in the hot heat seems longer lol. - FYI: To get to the historical center or train station from and to the hotel, you have to walk through these underground long tunnels to get to the other side of town. I went during the Summer Jamboree Festival, so there was a lot of activity and traffic still during midnight-AM hours. Although I felt the city to be safe, as a “solo woman” traveler walking late at night back to and from the hotel, it can be a bit creepy when there isn’t much traffic very late at night. - There is no nearby public transportation near the hotel, which is a bummer. Closest public transportation is 15 mins away by foot. "

"The staff were excellent, our twin room turned out to be a double room so we asked for a room with separate beds, and they gave us an apartment, which was more than adequate, it hadn’t been used for a while, but just needed an airing"
