"Its listed as intire house, its three stories, you are renting the upper two stories. Its a complete unit, it cant be accessed from tje bottom story but its not the entire house. The manager lives in the bottom story. Its still a big place. Its still good value for the money it just deciving the way it is listed. "Nice clean property, very cozy, well stocked up has nice Weber grill, not too big perfect for company of 5, 2 adults 3 kids good resting we loved the jacuzzi, short walking distance to beach restaurants ice cream place. Would definitely recommend the stay won’t regret."
