    Located near the owners' house (unfenced and non-accessible swimming pool), this restored Charentaise house combines authenticity and modern comfort.

    On the first floor, you will find a beautiful bright living room with open kitchen, dining area and warm living room with a wood stove, as well as a bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
    Upstairs: two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with WC.

    Enjoy a pleasant outdoor area with courtyard and enclosed garden, garden furniture and deckchairs for your moments of relaxation.
    Marked hiking trails start directly from the house, to discover the Charente countryside on foot or by bike.
