"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "3 generations of family met at this property for a family reunion. My parents loved the apartment area, and the rest of us were in the main house. It works perfectly for larger groups, and is very well equipped. The pool was fantastic. We spent most days there just relaxing. I would say the house is better than described, but it is remote, but we really enjoyed that aspect. We all really enjoyed our week at this property, and would highly recommend this property. All contact with the owners was very positive and Pele was fantastic when we needed his help! "
