Great staff and check in. Beds not so comfortable as they were uneven mattresses but we managed ok. Staff catered for our needs and especially for our grandchildren. Our family breakfast was amazing! With lots of choices and was so nice! The dinner was so nice, and they catered for our needs. Thank you.

Left after 30 minutes, no refund.

Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️

El personal súper atento, principalmente Francesco quien estuvo presto a solucionar los inconvenientes. En esta ocasión llevamos un carro eléctrico, por si deciden llevar uno no eligan ya que el centro de carga no está funcionando y los que quedan cerca ósea en el pueblo es de carga súper lenta, la piscina no estaba tampoco en funcionamiento, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.

È in condizioni da necessitare una ristrutturazione generale.inoltre la cosa più importante non è dotato al momento di aria condizionata nonostante siamo a Ferragosto e la temperatura è quasi a 40°. Hanno voluto dire che avevano avvisato di questa mancanza ma credo che non sia sufficiente avvisare, ma deve essere fatto notare in maniera superlativa.
