It was a short drive to town. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good. I loved the cappuccino, my only suggestion would be to have an egg option.

Avevano chiesto un lettino da campeggio, ma la richiesta su Expedia non è stata visualizzata e al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che non ci fosse disponibilità. Orario del check out diversamente da quanto indicato è alle 10.00. Struttura un po’ trascurata. Ottima e ricca colazione, personale di sala gentile e disponibile.

A gem!

The grounds are lovely, breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious and the air conditioning worked well (I’m American and there was a heat wave so this was very important to me)! Would recommend and go back

Località in collina. Raggiungibile da una stretta strada a curve. Il neo più grosso è il parcheggio, devi avere fortuna a trovarlo (almeno di Sabato). Per il resto, silenzioso, pulito, stanza a tema mare molto bella. Personale disponibile e accogliente. In pochi minuti di raggiunge Lerici. Davvero molto bello e caratteristico

Distanza dal posto dove sarei dovuto andare indicata in chilometri in linea d'aria... in realtà sono risultati molti di più e, inoltre, la strada per raggiungere l'albergo (nell'ultimo tratto di un paio di chilometri) è stretta, in salita e poco illuminata. Anche le indicazioni per raggiungere l'albergo sono poco visibili, specialmente di notte e con la pioggia, così come è capitato a me. Forse un'indicazione più chiara sul tragitto da percorrere potrebbe aiutare i clienti. Comunque per quanto riguarda l'albergo non ho nulla da eccepire. Tranquillo, pulito e con personale gentile e disponibile.

Ottima colazione in un contesto piacevole

Colazione varia e ottima, con waffles fatti sul momento e personale gentilissimo. Hotel in contesto naturale piacevole. Camera grande e gradevole, molto pulita, arredata a tema marino e con letto comodo, ma purtroppo molto calda (anche spegnendo i termosifoni) e piuttosto rumorosa. Posizione comoda per visitare il territorio, a patto di essere automuniti. Esperienza complessivamente positiva

Una notte all'Albero Serena

L'albergo Serena è una gradevolissima struttura situata sulle colline sopra Lerici, nel golfo di La Spezia. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale. La stanza, di buona metratura, offre tutti i comfort. Ben attrezzata e funzionale la sala da bagno. Ottima la colazione. Letto molto comodo. Alto livello di pulizia.

Una sorpresa: un piccolo albergo molto curato in una bellissima posizioni. Gentilezza, accoglienza e professionalità. Ero stato in altri alberghi nella zona ma questo è decisamente il migliore che ho provato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Esperienza in bilico tra negativa e abbastanza positiva, nulla da dire sul servizio colazioni, il personale davvero squisito e disponibile, così come x la pulizia camere. Lascia a desiderare il fatto di non aver un bar attivo e non trovare una reception presente. Alle 23.30 il personale non si trova, pur essendoci l' ingresso principale aperto, suonare il campanello del front desk non sortisce effetti. Da utente Gold mi aspetto piu attenzione da parte di Hotels.com .....
