The property was great, the ladies were fantastic. They were very nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. We arrived and check in was simple. The second day we returned between lunch and dinner, the restaurant was closed but they made us a nice meal anyway. They were very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again if I return.

Correcto pero muy mejorable

Restaurante y bar cerrado. Elegí este hotel porque claramente pone que dispone de restaurante y bar. (Añado captura de la propia web) cuando lo comento en recepción me indican que claramente pone que está cerrado… fue un mal inicio. Habitación correcta, baño correcto y limpio, por el precio es correcto. Pero NO tienen restaurante. Cama se hunde en el centro y el descanso no es el mejor. El aire acondicionado perfecto y la ducha buena, puntos positivos. No me gusta que hagan fotos de mi DNI (es ilegal) pero tampoco vas a generar un conflicto… No volvería. Aceptan perros por 5€ noche. El teléfono que ponen en el cartel exterior no funciona.

El hostal en general está bien. Solo tratamos con Vanessa que fue muy correcta y simpática en todo momento. Solo dos sugerencias, que no quejas y algún comentario adicional. sugerencia 1 La iluminación en la habitación 301 podría mejorar si se pusieran alguna lámpara en la mesita de noche, más que nada ganaría en comodidad y sería más acogedora. Solo tiene una lámpara en la pared. sugerencia 2 El extractor del baño hace un ruido insoportable, una renovación no vendría mal. La limpieza es impecable, nada que objetar.en cuanto a la cama, suena un poco al moverse y las sábanas bajeras se escapan con facilidad. La ubicación es muy buena, el aparcamiento no es un problema. Nuestra habitación daba a la carretera y se oye un poco el tráfico, pero algo perfectamente soportable.

Pleasant surprise

A diamond in the rough outside of Acros but easy access to the sights if you have a car. The meals offered were excellent value as well. Pleasantly surprised by the experience.

No elevator for you to take your luggage up. Staff was friendly in telling you about the local things to do. Staff barely spoke english. Great location for the view of the Arcos de la Frontera. Lot of parking spots.
