"We spent a full week in the comfort of Melfort Village. Walled Garden Mews No.9 was extremely comfortable for the four of us. We would not hesitate to return for a second holiday there. The apartment was well equipped and very roomy with a wonderful view down to the loch. WiFi in the Walled Garden Mews was excellent. "This is the second time we have stayed in walled garden.cottage no. 2. My two grandchildren love it but.I think maybe it could.do with a.wee freshen.up. On the other hand I cannot praise your customer service highly enough, especially one of your reception staff named Alwyn. She was the nicest , most helpful lady I have ever come across. "In a week of rain we managed to find many dry days. The location of the village was outstanding with views of the loch and an abundance of birdlife ( I counted 40 species in the area in the week). Melfort has great access to the isles through Oban and the coastline along the A 816 offers opportunities for gardens (Arduaine) and loch views from Ardfern.
