"The cottage was cute……BUT….we had several spiders (some quite large) and other critters throughout the property because it was smoldering hot inside , forcing guests to open the screen- less windows due to no A/C nor fans. I get that it’s Europe, but global warming has been a thing for the last 15 years and it’s not going anywhere. The least they could do is provide fans for every room and screen the windows."

"We arrived very late and had informed the property in advance. Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk had no access to the booking system, which made resolving a check-in issue unnecessarily complicated. Furthermore, the room featured a small balcony that was completely covered in bird droppings, which was highly unhygienic and disgusting. When we brought this to the staff's attention, no one was sent to clean it, nor were we offered an alternative room. Since the room had no fan or AC and...

"Breakfast was very good. Super clean with parking included. Beds not as comfortable as some other hotels in the same price bracket. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5."
