"Clean room, very pet friendly and comfortable amenities"

"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "

"The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!"

"This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap."

"I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa. "

"Front desk was excellent. Rooms very clean and location was great, close to everything. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were great after riding the mountains . Easy to park ."
