"I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Catherine is the model host. Her communication was clear and helpful and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed at our rental. (with fresh scones no less - incredible!). We learned a bit about the area with some tips on where to eat. It was a busy night in Kinsale with a regatta taking place so finding food became a mission. Catherine called a local restaurant to make a reservation for us. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed including wi-fi. A well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, two bedrooms and two spacious baths made for a comfortable stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. We were working our way around the south of Ireland and unfortunately, that meant only a two-night stay before we had to move on. We will absolutely look forward to returning to the Kinsale area and staying at the Irish Stone cottage again. Thank you, Catherine! You made our stay perfect. "

"Very This was an amazing place. The room was comfortable. The view from our room was SPECTACULAR. The pool was big, clean and modern with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet was complete with gluten free options and plant milk was available upon request. JOHN is the MAN. He welcomes you, keeps the restaurant and reception going, and even gave us a ride to Kinsale in hotel van. We would definitely go again. 👍"

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Clonakilty Park Hotel. My two sisters and I booked a triple room and it had ample room for us. This hotel would be great for families - the pool and play area looked great. "
