"This is a great place located around a mile or so from Strontian, off the beaten track. I had the twin (bunk bed) room in the bunkhouse next to the kitchen. Room was clean, tidy with a separate toilet, shower, sink. The TV and Freesat did not work (no channels) but frankly that didn’t matter as the weekend was about getting away from the Rat Race. Bed was small (but I big), but comfortable. The sound of a babbling brook, the smell of wood smoke and stars in the dark sky at night was enough...

"We had a great time at Palms 2 and the accommodation was fantastic. I was there with my partner and daughter for four nights and we ate outside, enjoyed the hot tub and used the private pier for our kayak and paddleboard on Loch Etive. Oban is only 15 minutes drive away through beautiful scenery. Would recommed staying here."

"Karl was very helpful upon arrival showing us how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. The only tiny thing was finding the Chalet as google maps pin was set to the field over so just drive another 50 yards after Google tells you have arrived but even then the local neighbours were lovely helping us find it and it was a beautiful area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!"

"The Croft house was an absolute dream. We had everything (and more) that we needed. Catherine is a wonderful host and was available for any questions and made sure we were not lacking for anything. The house is a beautiful setup and the surroundings are magnificent. We enjoyed the highland views, animals rotating on the properties and the beautiful mature garden, all while having comforts like plush towels, a blender, and WiFi (amongst other things).
