"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine avec tout le confort de la maison. La plage de St Froult est à proximité de la maison idéal pour les châteaux de sable. Pour des vacances reposantes et en toute tranquillité cette maison est idéale. Les hôtes sont très agréables. "Besides the location we expected for the price paid a perfect house Some negative points * cleanliness not OK * No hot water and agency didn't answered on sunday. * Heating pump for the swimming pool defect. Took several days before it was fixed and again several days before the pool was at the requested temperature. * several bordings around the pool were damaged with screws sticking out which resulted in several swimming tires with a fit * No airco as mentioned on the website"

"The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . Please give me immediate...
