The best of both worlds - peace and quiet and - only 5 minutes from Lake Murray State Park and lodge - rent a boat / jet ski / kayak, play putt putt golf, hike or mountain bike. - only 10 minutes from Ardmore with great restaurants, antique shopping and all the major stores for groceries etc. Large tornado shelter. Nice property, comfortable furniture. Quiet. Would have appreciated a few things to be a little cleaner; baseboards, return vent, tub, but overall, we had a nice stay.

I had a great time with my family and friends, pets have plenty of room to roam. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable and clean. The house was cozy and welcoming. Definitely worth coming back to visit for all the nice seasons! 10/10 would recommend for people who want to get out and have a great time with nice scenery.

We enjoyed our stay, we all loved the property and the fishing was Awesome!!! All 5 of our grandchildren had a blast running around and going to the marina to swim and feed the carp.. over all it was a fantastic experience, we would love to come back

The property/land is great, love the large acreage and the seclusion. The layout of the home is perfect. Love the large porch and beautiful view. Great place to get away yet still be close to town for any necessities or make a day trip to the lake.

Loved the pond and outdoor scenery. The interior remodel was very nice. However, there were 2 bunk beds that were not made and 2 other sheets that were not cleaned.

Being our 6th time, we pretty much love staying here on occasion when we want to get away from DFW area. The acreage is gorgeous, spacious and the color of the leaves at this time was perfect for Fall! The house has been updated nicely Our dog loves the space to run "leash free" around the yard outside of the house. There are coyotes nearby at times so be careful with pets. Also deer do sometimes come in the morning! The covered porch is the perfect place to view them and just relax!
