Kitchen was basic and it seemed most things like the kettle were old and needed replacing. Beds quite uncomfortable and bedding well used. There was mildew on one mattress cover on part tucked under the bed. The towels were very thin and hard with big stains on some of them. "I loved the location, the front desk person was sort of busy and preoccupied. Being close to the ocean was a huge win with little kids. The bedrooms and water service delivery was great. We loved the pool, but the hours are weird for kids. "
