Industrial Themed for two people in Arecibo. The building has indoor parking. Fully equipped Kitchenette, 4K Ultra HD TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, towels, linens, toiletries, air conditioning in master bedroom (queen sized bed/ memory foam mattress), and balcony with chairs.
Near everything: shopping centers, cinemas, supermarkets and restaurants; Minutes from the famous beach "La Poza del Obispo", the Arecibo Lighthouse & Historical Park, Cueva Ventana, & more.

Property is nice good place but person managing is doing a horrible job maybe a danger to stay here beware entering the property everyday bug bombing the kitchen making it unusable WATER LEFT in the room even taste of it NOT SAFE still filled with bugs birds barking all night leaving the door open two days in a row NO HOT WATER almost like they try to run people out and cash in disappointed think it’s the same Peruvian group that do this kind of stuff for fun area is a huge experiment zone and questionable pizza and bagel stuff going on for sure BEWARE

Nice spot in Arecibo

If you're familiar with the area you will find this place to be pretty decent for the area. It's also close to some common restaurants like Pizza Hut and Wendy's. CVS and some lesser known stores are also within walking distance. The beach is also walking distance and the water can be seen from the front of the property. It was a simple yet nice stay.

Great location near the beach, although not for swimming.

Just wanted to say it was a good overall experience, only have one suggestion. Need to have more linens for the bed and shower towels.

ROACHES and NO communication

Booked our stay for January 19-22. Flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight. Got to the apartment around 2am. Dead pigeon by the stairs, dead lizard in the hallway. When we entered the apartment and turned in the light, the roaches scattered. Messaged the owner and he didn’t reply. After an hour with VRBO, they informed us it was a matter between us and the owner. VRBO told us to give the owner until 7am to respond. We couldn’t sleep so we stayed up until 7am. Called VRBO and they said the owner wasn’t responding. They said to give the owner until 5pm. We never unpacked, didn’t shower, not even brushed our teeth. We left. We spent the whole day out. At 5pm we called VRBO. They once again reiterated that they couldn’t communicate with the owner, they said we had to resolve it with him. So I told VRBO he was ignoring our messages and VRBO said there was nothing they could do. So we had nowhere to go. I called a friend who let us stay in their home. I’ve been trying to get a refund since we didn’t stay at the apartment we had booked and VRBO said that was up to the owner, who continues to ignore us. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT. I am extremely disappointed at VRBO as well for their lack of service.
