"Pros: The vacation home was just perfect, exactly like the images (and even better when you hear the sound of the sea from your bedroom!). Very clean, fully equipped with all amenities, spacious rooms and a huge terrace! The owners are very nice and helpful - thank you again for waiting for us in the middle of the night! "Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text. After no reply for 3 more hours I then called and nobody...
