"Camera pulita "

"We enjoyed our stay at Giuggiulena Villa! The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of the Ionian Sea, nearby sea caves, and just a few steps down to access the water for swimming. Sabrina and Claudia are wonderful hosts. They are personable, friendly, and helpful. Claudia is an amazing cook and provides a delicious homemade breakfast. We especially enjoyed the freshly brewed bialetti coffee, freshly baked stuffed breads with spinach & cheese/ ham & cheese, homemade tiramasu, fresh...

"Raphael è stato molto disponibile, sempre gentile e professionale. La camera era ampia e pulita, dotata di tutti i confort essenziali e luminosa, vista mare. Mi piace molto la completa autonomia per l’utilizzo dell’alloggio. Per chi come me arriva in macchina trovo che la posizione sia comoda, anche se ovviamente lontana da Ortigia. Molto probabilmente approfitterò nuovamente dell’alloggio per il prossimo soggiorno!"

"Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good."

"If you are wanting to stay in Syracusa look no further. This property was superb in every respect. We had a fabulous stay. We walked into town and explored the beautiful area. We especially loved the roof top terrace."

"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."

"The property is very clean and well maintained"

"Our experience at Elsa D’Ortegia has been exceptional primarily because of our wonderful hosts Andrea, Maria and Enrico. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast wonderful, the location perfectly situated in the historic area of Ortegia. We are very lucky to have found this wonderful accommodation and can’t recommend enough!"

"The hosts were excellent. Very nice room with patio. Italian style breakfast on the roofterrace overlooking the bay. 15min walk to the old city center but there were plenty of restaurants nearby."
