"The room was absolutely charming and roomy with stunning views. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator so we got our exercise! It’s in the historic City center and the location was wonderful. We could walk to everything and the medieval town is just lovely and filled with interesting sites, views, wine cellars, and nice restaurants. "This was one of our best stays during our trip to Italy. It is a B and B in an old convent. We had two rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean. It was quiet. The breakfast was good. Beatrice, the host, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make us at home. Would happily stay there again."

"This house is a country paradise. The pool, the herb garden and the host Irene were all wonderful! We were here with our two small children during a heatwave, so the pool was a lifesaver as the house doesn't have AC. We had to leave a day early because the nights were a little too hot with small children and only a couple of fans, but we would still highly recommend this property. "It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...

He helped us plan a winery tour and advised us on things to do, we cooked, he started the fire for us when we wanted one, he even offered to come pick us up an hour away when we had car issues. If we’re ever in the Tuscany region again, this is where we will stay."

"Wow. If I could click 10 stars for a review I would. What a fantastic stay with super fantastic people. Our visit was at the end of March and it was beautiful. I can't imagine how beautiful this place would be later in the year. As for the hosts..... they could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They made us feel more like family then guests. "This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...
