The first RoughLuxe Home created in Italy is in Tuscany, in the heart of the historic center of Arezzo, located in a large apartment inside an ancient palace of the 1800s. Here you can experience a sensory experience out of the ordinary, a fusion of Architecture , Contemporary Art, Design, Pop Art, Pictorial Art, Photography, Vintage and Light-Art accompanied by details of elegance and luxury, unique and unusual furnishing elements, exclusive finishes that characterize the environment.

The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Zona Pedonale Rough-Luxe Home will allow you to spend your holidays in a dynamic environment, surrounded by objects that guests can touch, try, use, live and listen, offering guests the opportunity to purchase and receive them directly at home.

Christmas in Arezzo
We loved the location to shops and bars. The interior was amazing and very cool. We ate Christmas lunch at a nearby restaurant, The Vault. We had so much fun

Great stay!
This place fit our needs perfectly! It's a great location - the old town is an easy 15 minute walk, there's a grocery store around the corner, and the train station is very close. Stefano and his son Matteo were perfect hosts - helping to carry our bags (it's about 4 flights of stairs) and giving dinning recommendations. The beds were comfy and firm, Wifi was strong, and the summer heat was no match for the wonderful air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely incredible.
Perfect location and wow what an amazing place. We loved the upstairs patio and the incredible decorations. Stefano was so amazing. He walked us from the train station, carried my wife’s bag and had a beautiful meat and cheese plate along with wine waiting for us. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip.

Een van de eigenaars is architect. Hij heeft het interieur ontworpen als “rough luxe” en dat merk je: als vakantieganger verblijf je in een kunstproject, dat toch van alle gemakken is voorzien. Bovendien is de ligging, in het centrum en bij het station, heel praktisch. Echt een aanrader!
