"Groups of 3 friends stayed at this incredible apartment for a week to explore Tuscany. The place is just as charming as the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part is the host Stefano (and Spritz of course), who was happy to provide help with our planning, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc. above and beyond any other host I have experienced. "This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "
