The spectacular large ELITE Villa with HEATED PRIVATE POOL is located in the low hills behind the village of Argaka, just above the coast, and is surrounded by pine forest. This exceptional villa boasts 360 degree views across the bay of Polis and the Akamas Peninsula to the west, and as far as Pomos to the east.
You can walk and relax by the sea using the long (4km aprox) pedestrian pathway, found in a distance of 4-5min drive to the north of the seaside from the villa. The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo).
An endless choice of terraces and balconies surround the villa and the over-sized infinity HEATED POOL (heating charge extra) and heatable whirlpool/Jacuzzi section (charge extra) are perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful views. The villa boasts children's pool, pool whirlpool/Jacuzzi, gym and sauna, which provide the quests with the unique opportunity for personal relaxation. It also offer Billiard and table tennis table and free internet access (wifi)
It also offers the Air condition (heat and cold) central system VRV, included in the rental cost.
VILLA LAYOUT

Lower ground floor (access by internal staircase):Double bedroom with an additional single bed (6), with en suite shower room.
