"This was my first solo trip, and I was initially skeptical and terrified at the thought of traveling alone. However, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly understanding of my anxieties, which turned out to be unnecessary, and they assisted me throughout my visit. Everyone at the hotel took incredible care of me, from recommending activities to arranging transportation and everything in between. "Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️"

"Love this resort and we had a room with a private pool. You’re a 10 min taxi ride from town center that has great shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet resort with a chill vibe. "

"Location of this property can not be faulted. Beautiful ocean views close to Agassi but far enough away to be quiet. Owners were amazing and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Although dated my room was really clean (no dirty feet walking bare foot which tends to be my biggest gripe in hotel rooms) bed was super comfy and had really good nights sleep. The Garden is the adjoining bar/restaurant has had a lot of love given to it and was a great place to spend the evening. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to return "

"We stayed for five nights…The staff where brilliant…They cleaned our room every day…arranged transport for us to the beach & to & from the airport…We asked lots of questions about where to go what to do…Nothing was a problem they are so helpful…The restaurant is fantastic wonderful food…A great experience…Wish we stayed longer"

"We had such an amazing time at Contessina celebrating our anniversary/my partners belated birthday. As soon as we arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming – we were delighted to be given an upgraded room with a private pool this truly made our trip extra special and we were so grateful for that!! Overall the ambience of the hotel is sooo peaceful, from the well equipped gym, the gorgeous poolside bar and chill areas to the exquisite breakfast. This hotel is a must stay in Zakynthos! We wanted to say a special thanks to Christina at the bar who made the best cocktails and was truly a ray of sunshine to see every day!
