"If you would like to suffer on your holiday, I’d recommend booking here. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. They have no heating, hot water or WiFi. They will also ignore you and just tell. Nice balcony view though"

"Excellent location, host, villa, and spectacular grounds. The pictures do not do it justice. Quaint town walkable distance from Villa. We rented a car and found it helpful to get to Menaggio, then ferried to Bellagio. We would stay here again and again!"
