"The location was about 15 minutes walk from the historic center , wich eas perfect for exploring the are more as a local . The room was perfect ! Great blackout , air conditioning with climate control . Breakfast was ok , could be better . The Terra’s in the last floor of the hotel has an amazing view ! Stunning"

"Hotel is a short level walk from the train station. Well appointed and located close (approx. 3 blocks) from central plaza. The restaurant and bar are very nice, and staff can help with local dining reservations. Will stay here again when in Bologna!"

"The food they served was very good for buffet style. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. We had reservations for 2 nights but only stayed one choosing to do our backs a favor. The staff here was not as friendly and helpful as the other places we stayed while in Italy for 2 weeks. The amenities they advertised were very expensive to use. We had hoped to take a soak in the spa to relax but at 109 Euros for 2, it wasn't worth it."

"Nice business class hotel across the street from Bologna Centrale. Convenient for transportation, especially if you want to take day trips to nearby cities. Room was spacious and clean. There was a kettle in the room but not a coffee brewer. Wifi connection was spotty."

"Despite displaying a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, staff still entered my room not once, but twice. I returned to find the room disturbed — the bed had been moved, bedding partially on the floor, and pillows placed on furniture in contact with my suitcase. This was a clear breach of privacy and very unsettling. The immediate handling of the situation was poor: no management was available, no housekeeping on thr weekends, and they sent a maintenance man to replace the bedding, who was completely out his depths as he advised me "this isn't his job". Service overall was inconsistent and often lacking in basic hospitality. Some front desk staff were not forthcoming with important information — for example, I was not told the on-site restaurant closes on weekends. I also felt I had to pry for simple guidance, such as directions to a nearby supermarket. That said, two female staff members were noticeably helpful and friendly, which I appreciated. The room itself was also below standard (stained carpet, leaking bathroom, broken toilet seat, visible dust and cobwebs). Their initial compensation of a free breakfast (offered only when I was checking out) and 20% disc on future stay did not reflect the seriousness of the issue. After escalating via email, management responded and provided a 25% refund, which I appreciate. Overall, this experience highlights serious gaps in privacy protocols, communication, and service standards. I don't recommend this property."
