"The property was great, the only thing that could’ve been better was the AC, the apartment would get really hot at times and the AC did not work. There was some noisy neighbors next door that were not told to quiet down until around 5am but other than that it was very clean and staff was very friendly. "

"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

Terrible service that requires transportation to different points of the city to access the property if you arrive later than 11:30 pm... The least friendly staff on the planet... "We were hoping to find somewhere to stay that wasn’t sanitized - with more of a locals flare, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is nice and clean. The neighborhood can be noisy, even after midnight, so hard to sleep if you like to have the windows open! The only complaint we had is the extremely hard beds!"

The apartment is close to all modes of transportation - the Metro is right around the corner, city tour bus stops are a block away, taxis are plentiful right out the door, and city bus stops are a half a block walk. "The room and bathroom was big and comfortable with lots of areas for storage. Mini kitchen was serviceable. They only offer housekeeping every three days. There was only one elevator that was consistently in service, the other two were being repaired or something.
