It was a great experience. We were only there briefly, but Gustavo gave us great service and recommendations to meet our tourism goals. Room was spacious and clean.

We traveled with our 2 year old and desired to rest post the long flight (15 hours) Madrid is wonderful but for the price, luxury and family friendly environment of Toledo this was the place for us. We love the big room and sofa, and balcony. It gave us just the extra space we needed. The extra large tub and shower, installations were also lovely. The hotel has great art and furniture all over and a roomy lounge area (again kid friendly) We didn't check out the spa but would have loved to....

The Parador offers a spectacular view over Toledo. In May or June, you can sit in the Balcony enjoying great dinning experience while immersing yourself in an unforgettable sunshine. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very nice. We were driving on our trip, so the available parking was perfect. You do need to contact the hotel and reserve parking (which is in a secure underground lot adjacent to the hotel). While you do need to pay for parking the ease of finding it makes it worth it. Also, it is easy to access AND is on the edge of the old and charming part of town. We found it to be very quiet as well.

Manager and staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and very helpful. They lent us an adaptor for an appliance we had brought with us. Beautifully appointed hotel and super location.

An excellent small hotel in a medieval house converted into a hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the Cathedral, and between the jewish quarter and the center of town. Nice continental breakfast and every service was well done by very nice and helpful staff. Very recomendable hotel. I will try to stay there in my next visit.

Toledo was my last stop on a road trip around Spain and Portugal. The hotel was just outside of the main town. It was an easy walk into the city. There was parking available near the hotel. Breakfast was good although the dinner menu was limited. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Toledo is a beautiful city to visit. I highly recommend it as well as this hotel.

In particular, Angela welcomed us and spent quite a while helping us get train tickets and restaurant recommendations. In short, she was an angel.

Nice quiet stay, with gorgeous views overlooking the town. Easy walk to everything. One very sweet brunette hotel concierge that took great care of us. However, beware the blonde concierge! She hates her job and let's you know it.

This hotel is centrally located. The suite room is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. A special recognition to Sara for her outstanding attention to details and customer service. The personnel was aware of any needs and made sure to handle them. We also enjoyed the 11 Euro buffet breakfast. We look forward to returning to this beautiful city and being a guest again.

Había leído anteriormente que era un lugar muy ruidoso. Aunque esto puede que sea verdad, tuvimos una estancia muy amena. Yo, siempre llevo conmigo tapones para los oídos. Y la verdad me han servido mucho. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el 2do piso y aunque se escuchan ruidos de la calle no son lo suficientemente molestos para interrumpir nuestra tranquilidad. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí. Ojo no hay lugar para guardar tu equipaje en caso de llegar temprano a Toledo. Tampoco cuenta la...
