"Such a great location to see Avignon. Walkable to local markets and the kitchen was well equipped. Very cute square nearby, also fun to walk along the canal and the city walls. Bit of a walk from the train but gave us a taste of the City. Great layout for families - kids on the top with their own bathroom. Door code was easy for us to come and go. Host was very communicative and lovely."

"Nous venons de séjourner 2 semaines dans cet appartement avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée de l'Eure. Tout y est pour nous y sentir bien. Il est au deuxième étage mais les escaliers ne sont pas du tout pénibles, ni dangereux.Nous étions 2 mais il y a largement de la place pour 4 personnes.Le logement est vraiment à 2 pas du centre ville et de toutes les commodités.Le parking privé est un gros plus également.Nous avons passé des vacances incroyables. I had previously community the ETA. 2. It's supposed to be a non smoking facility but the apartment wreaked of cigarette smoke. 3. Linen was used and stained with hair on it, no instructions were given for the departure, no local recommendations were given, WC was malfunctioning, loose sink, loose toilet seat, not enough hot water for the shower, uncomfortable bed with very old blanket, broken kitchen chairs, etc. The apartment is well located inside the city walls but it needs a total renovation (maintenance, new linen, new bed, etc) to be rented out to people.
