"Check in staff excellent & lobby with Starbucks & pub very useful indeed. Room comfortable & clean with a nice view. UF there was a negative, it would be the window frames which had not been cleaned ever & were dusty to the point of mould. However, this did not detract from an overall great stay. "

"The main bedroom was okay, other than not being able to open a window. The shower room however was very poor. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which we reported. The shower tray flooded while showing, and there was mould around the door frame which I expect was a result of the damp and odours. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. Parking was easy at the nearby Shepperd Street and easily organised at checkin. "

When checking in I was informed that it was hotel policy that only 2 adults per room and given a room with a single bed and a double bed. My friend had to book her own room on the spot because of that yet the website and booking company never stated there was a 2 adult per room policy. "
