"A beautiful house with the gorgeous views. The house was warm and the beds were comfortable. The unlimited supply of logs was very much appreciated. The kitchen and the appliances were well used and I guess that replacing items such as missing wine glasses is not as straightforward as on the mainland. This did not spoil our stay. Contact with our host was limited to a message from the house keeper before we departed."

"May wkd stay for 60th birthday. We were really lucky weather so everyone made use of the tennis, out door areas and hot tub. Used the gas bbq and the house is fully equipped with any plates,glassss,bowls,utensils,etc etc you could need. House itself is large and great for socialisng at night "

"Very smart accommodation with an excellent view over Loch Fyne. Strachur is a good location to explore the Cowal Peninsula, and there are lots of places to visit in easy driving distance. We especially enjoyed Benmore Botanical Garden, Puck's Glen, Bute, and Crarea Garden."
