Welcome to this majestic house in Ariany, with a beautiful garden and private pool, full of life and calm, which offers accommodation to 6 people.
Are you looking for a relaxing, peaceful and at the same time, lively place for your vacation in the island? If that is the case, please do not hesitate to stay in this magnificent villa. The oval-shaped chlorine pool sizes 6 x 3.5 metres and it has a 1.5 metres depth. Here you can swim tirelessly after sunbathing for a while on one of the 6 sun loungers. Right there, admiring the beautiful mountain views and the greenery of the garden, you can enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast. The exterior shower is perfect to cool off if you don't feel like swimming. In the country house there are sheeps and cats; the owner goes every day to feed them. Moreover, keep in mind that in the neighboring farm there are horses. Privacy is completely total.

A carefully laid out path leads from the garden to a wonderful barbecue area, equipped with a large table and some basic appliances for you to enjoy a pleasant evening. Next to this, from a charming little terrace, you can access the interior of the house to a colourful and comfortable living room with satellite TV, open to the modern ceramic hob kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and a total of three bedrooms with wardrobes. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning, space for a cot and a high chair, and direct access to the garden. The second also has two single beds, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last one, on the other hand, has a double bed and air conditioning. Please note that one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room and does not offer privacy.

The little village of Ariany is full of charm with a lovely rural style. Its surroundings are plenty of fertile fields and farmers that make them to become such an idyllic landscape for long walks exploring the beauty of the place, or for practising hiking or biking. On the horizon rises the Puig de Bonany with 317 meters from where you can see much of the island as the prodigious Sierra de Tramuntana, Sierra de Levante, the so-called Pla de Mallorca and the Alcúdia bay. If, on the other hand, youu like the beach, the closest one is in Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet and familiar one.

Everything was perfect. We had a pleasant and very relaxing stay at this house. Lots of space to stretch out around the pool and veranda. It is in a rural area, but this is what we were looking for. Our kids especially loved the two cats.

Serenity at its best

Lovely stay with the only noise being the local animals and the two kittens who we nicknamed Agnes and Mabel. If peace and quiet, cooking local produce from the hyper market and sunbathing is your thing then this is perfection. Great property with a well managed check in - out process. You need a car but it’s so worth it and everything is within 40 mins of you want.

We had a great stay at the house. It was very private and the pool was great. It was also close to the supermarket in Ariany where we could get most of what we needed. We had a car and that is a nessecity when you stay here. We had temperatures over 40 degrees so we used the two bedrooms with air conditioning. We agree with previous reviews that it would have been nice with some basic groceries like salt and oil. We left some so hope it stays for the next visitor. There were 4 kittens that our kids fell in love with. They were very cuddly and cute. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Schönes Haus mit ein paar Tücken

Das Haus ist schön, aber war leider nicht ganz sauber. Viele Spinnweben, teilweise an Stellen an die man nicht ran kommt (Holzbalken an den sehr hohen Decken). Eins der Bäder stank sehr nach Abfluss & wirkte etwas wild zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben alle das andere, modernere Bad genutzt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert & hat gut geklappt. Dank der Schlüsselbox musste die Vermieterin nicht vor Ort sein und es war ok, dass wir erst recht spät ankamen. Die Bilder zum Inserat scheinen etwas älter zu sein. Die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen sehen etwas anders aus, sind aber mit Ausnahme der Lounge auf der Rückseite des Hauses (sehr in die Jahre gekommen) völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern größer als er tatsächlich ist. Zur Abkühlung völlig ausreichend - nur Bahnen ziehen kann man nicht. Antonia kommt jeden Morgen um ihn zu reinigen und nimmt Müll mit. Das ist super! Eines der drei Schlafzimmer (mit großem Doppelbett & Klima) ist ein Durchgangszimmer und hat keine Tür zum Flur, sondern nur einen Paravent als Sichtschutz neben dem Bett. Es gibt zwei Küchen & irgendwo findet man jedes Elektrogerät das man braucht, aber es gibt viel zu wenig Grundausstattung. Wir mussten Dinge wie ein scharfes Gemüsemesser, Sparschäler, Pfannenwender vor Ort kaufen… Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Bis in den nächsten größeren Ort (Petra) mit Restaurants und Supermarkt fährt man ca 15 Minuten. Für einen Großeinkauf muss man nach Manacor (ca 20 Min).Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss.

wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit

wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Finca. die Lage ist einzigartig, da wirklich sehr ruhig und abgelegen, bis zum Ortskern sind es ca. 1,2 km. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert und der Müll täglich abgeholt. wir haben die abgeschiedene Lage, abseits vom Massentourismus sehr genossen, es sind allerdings wirklich drumherum viele Tiergeräusche und Tiergerüche. Melonen- und Zitronenplantagen sind drumherum zu finden und wir konnten als sportlich Aktive in den Morgenstunden die Lage sehr gut nutzen für unsere Laufrunden. Für die Kinder alles optimal, da wir sie auf dem Grundstück gut frei herumlaufen lassen konnten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Inserat ist genau wie die Finca selbst in echt. wir haben einzig und allein an der Küchenausstattung etwas zu bemängeln, da, diese doch etwas spartanisch ist, vielleicht ein, zwei scharfe Messer oder Brotmesser, Schneidebretter, Schüsseln usw. wären schön, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Ein paar Weingläser und eine größere Kaffeemaschine wären auch toll. Der Rest war wirklich sehr in Ordnung und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit

Die "Finca" ist Teil eines größeren Gebäudeskomplexes. Sie liegt am Rande von Ariany. Das Gelände ist großzügig und der Pool mit Liegefläche ist ansprechend. Die Wohnung ist stark verwinkelt. 2 Küchen mit älterer, minderwertiger, spartanischer Ausstattung. Spülmaschine defekt (Fach öffnet sich nicht), Kaffeemaschine defekt (braucht 30 min für 5 Tassen), Geschirr spartanisch, Küchengeschirr spartanisch, Wasser wird nicht heiß. Keine Taps oder Spülmittel vor Ort. Es empfiehlt sich Alles für die Küche (Salz, Zucker, Gewürze, Papier etc. mitzubringen. Man soll den Müll trennen (sonst Strafe), doch es gibt nur 1 Abfalleimer. Mülltonne in der Garage darf nicht benutzt werden (sonst Strafe). Koordinaten von Abfallhof werden angeboten, doch leider hat der keine guten Öffnungszeiten, daher fährt man oft mit Müll im Auto herum. 2 Fernseher, aber nur spanische Programme. Wifi nicht verfügbar. Es gibt keinerlei Anleitungen zu den Geräten. ACHTUNG! An dem Haus wird gebaut. Den Lärm bekommt man unvermittelt mit. Flex, Hammer, Bohrer, Säge, Hobel, laute Gespräche. Das wird sicherlich auch noch einige Monate dauern, schätze ich. Homerti hilft da nicht wirklich. Tip: Wegfahren und nicht ärgern lassen. Insgesamt so nicht wieder. Schade....

Großartiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Ruhe, die wir erwartet haben, haben wir gefunden. Es gibt keine Nachbarn oder Lärm. Nur ein paar Schafe und Pferde. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Im Ort gibt es eine Apotheke und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Müll wurde jeden Morgen abgeholt, die Pflanzen wurden täglich gegossen und auch der Pool wurde alle paar Tage gereinigt. Vielen Dank an Antonia;) Trotzdem müssen wir einen Stern abziehen, da die Ausstattung der Küche einfach zu wenig ist. Es gibt zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenspapier, Küchenpapier oder Lappen zum reinigen sind nur ein Mal vorhanden. Sachen wie Streichhölzer oder einen Staubsauger gibt es garnicht. Für ein Ferienhaus dieser Preiskategorie sollten solche Dinge eigentlich vorhanden sein. Es war trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten ein toller Urlaub und ein schönes Haus.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Freunden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Grundstück liegt abseits der touristischen Gebiete, aber dennoch so zentral, dass man die ganze Insel in ca. einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichen kann, was wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Haus und Grundstück bieten viel Platz. Die Ausstattung im Haus, vor allem in der Küche, sollte noch ergänzt werden, da man aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit dazu neigt, in der Ferienwohnung zu kochen. Zwei der Schlafzimmer waren mit dem Flur verbunden und nur durch eine Makika-Trennwand vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt, was auf den Fotos nicht ganz zu erkennen war, in unserer Konstellation aber kein Problem darstellte. Der Außenbereich war für uns das Highlight. Man konnte die Zeit im Pool, an der Tischtennisplatte, am Basketballkorb oder einfach auf einer der Sonnenliegen genießen. Das naturnahe Ambiente macht alle Aktivitäten zu einem besonderen Vergnügen und kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Wer es ruhig und privat mag, ist mit der Lage bei Ariany sehr gut beraten. Der Kakteen-Garten und die angrenzende Schafkoppel haben das Grundstück sehr ländlich gestaltet. Das Bergdorf Ariany und angrenzend Petra sind jede Reise wert. In Petra gibt es ebenfalls sehr hochwertige Restaurants. Einzig schade war die spärliche Bereitstellung von Müllbeuteln und Toilettenpapier. Hier mussten wir selbst nachkaufen und haben natürlich den Rest im Haus belassen. Unterm Strich ist der Aufenthalt in der Finca durchgehend empfehlenswert. Es war alles sauber und sogar größer, als es auf den Bildern ersichtlich war.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Es war sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig in mitten der Natur. Umgeben von Schafen 🐑. Das Grundstück bietet viel Möglichkeiten um sich zu Sonnen und Relaxen. Der Pool ist super. Auch einen Basketballplatz und eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden, der von der ganzen Familie gern benutzt wurde. Von die Dorf aus, könnte man sehr gut viele Ausflüge machen, es ist alles gut erreichbar und man muss nicht ewig fahren. Alles Super!

a place to chill in rural surroundings

Es una gran casa con mucho potencial. Situado en zona rural, tranquila, tiene todas las amenites necesarios. Dos habitaciones separadas, dos baños y dos cocinas. Un dormitorio no está separado por una pared, es una especie de espacio entre habitaciones con dos camas. Ideal para niños supongo. La piscina estaba limpia, hay una zona de barbacoa, tumbonas, lavavajillas, nevera muy grande. Hay un supermercado local a solo 15 minutos a pie (o 2 minutos en coche). La playa está a unos 30 minutos en coche. Por supuesto, el coche necesita moverse ya que no hay mucho que ver en la zona más cercana. a la vez es súper tranquilo con ruidos de algún animal de campo. Un gran lugar para descansar y relajarse un par de días. El personal del lugar es muy amable y receptivo. Primero hay que pagar un depósito. Por un lado es una práctica normal, por otro, la información sobre esta está escondida en la sección de términos y condiciones (la que nunca leíste :). Me sorprendió. fueron 300 euros cuando estuve allí. Si quieres disfrutar completamente de la casa, tienes que comprar literalmente todo, incluyendo cosas como fósforos, esponja para lavar, lámina de aluminio, cubos para lavavajillas o detergente por nombrar poco. Dejé algunas cosas de esto cuando me fui, ¡espero que las aprovechen bien! solo hay toallas y un rollo de papel higiénico.

The house was as nice as expected. The location is very remote and quiet but still close to the small village. The house is spacious as well as the outdoor space. Perfect stay! Just be aware there are no basic groceries to cook (sal, pepper, oil…)

Estancia maravillosa en un entorno tranquilo. Las fotos y descripciones se corresponden perfectamente con la casa. Es un verdadero placer levantarse por la mañana y tan solo escuchar el ruido de las ovejas que tienen los dueños al lado de la casa. Los dueños son gente muy amable y han venido cada día a limpiar la piscina. La casa cuenta con varios pequeños electrodomésticos, como secador, plancha, tostadora, bikinera… Como sugerencia, estaría bien si los dueños dejasen, como cortesía, algo de aceite, azúcar, sal e incluso alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas. Tuvimos que comprar todo esto para 3 días y acabamos teniendo que tirar todo el sobrante porque no podíamos llevárnoslo en el avión. En cualquier caso, hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y la recomendamos sin lugar a dudas.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison grâce à son calme et son extérieur très plaisant en particulier autour de la piscine. Il est à noter que la maison a une disposition assez particulière. En effet il y a 2 pièces de vie ouvertes sur l'extérieur et reliées par un long couloir et 2 "vraies" chambres (dont une climatisée) puis un espace nuit (non fermé) également climatisé. Nous avons aussi déploré le manque d'éléments de base tels que sel, poivre, savon... que nous retrouvons habituellement dans les autres Airbnb dans lesquels nous avons séjourné.

“Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Keine direkten Nachbarn, 2 sehr süße aber scheue Katzen, welche einem öfters im Garten begegnen. Grundlegende Dinge wie Geschirrhandtücher, Gewürze, Küchenrollen mussten wir selbst besorgen, ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet! Bis auf ein, zwei Kleinigkeiten war das Haus sehr sauber.”

We are a family of five adults and one 2 year old. We all enjoyed it very much. Both the house and the surroundings. My niece also very much enjoyed the sheeps and horses we had as neighbors. The owner who showed up every morning for 5-10 min to clean the pool and give the animals food is a very nice lady and is very helpful as well. The baby nest where broken when we arrived - but in the same day, the owner came with a brand new one. Such a nice service both from the owner and Homerti. Thank you

We loved our stay at the finca. The house ist gorgeous and you will find everything what you need there. The pool was fantastic, also it was a little bit fresh in april ;), but the pool gets cleaned every couple of days. Our neighbours were some sheeps and horses and we felt safe everytime. In Ariany is a small supermarket and you find a lot of bigger supermarktes in Manacor (15 minutes). You definetly will need a rental car, but the house is a good starting point to explore the island. There exists a Management service, which cares about your stay and answers every of you questions. The communication was easy. We highly recommend this house! thanks!
